Fantastic location, perfect for tourists! It is right on Gunam-ro, just across the street from the beach, 1 minute from the street food market, and 5 minutes from the subway. Our side ocean view from the 26th floor was breathtaking, showing the whole Haeundae beach and Gwangan Bridge. The room was big, very quiet despite being central, and had a kitchenette. The pool also offered great beach views. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!
The entrance has only 3 lifts to the 4th floor (another hotel's reception), and you must change lifts to reach this hotel's reception on the 6th floor and your room. This causes long wait times during busy hours. Also, the kitchen has no equipment (no plates/cutlery). The pool requires a ticket, access is strictly monitored, and the water was a bit cloudy. Lastly, not related to the hotel but right outside, avoid the henna tattoo stall on Gunam-ro. They confirm a cheap price but later demand 10 times more, leading to heavy arguments.

The stay at the property was generally pleasant, and the location is very convenient to the main areas and attractions. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The beds were quite uncomfortable, the washing machine was very noisy and there was no clothes drying line provided, and the breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered
