Everything. Such a fantastic spot, the private bath in our room overlooking the ocean. Waking up in the morning and looking straight out at the ocean. Just spectacular.

Location
We were really disappointed with our stay. While the location was fantastic (directly across from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything) the accommodation itself fell well below expectations.
• There was a foul smell coming from the shower drains that would drift into the room.
• The shower temperature was all over the place, suddenly changing from freezing cold to extremely hot without warning, making it difficult to shower comfortably.
• The couch was dirty and heavily stained, and we found hairs on the bed when we arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression.
• There was visible mould in the shower, and overall the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly.
• Having only one elevator servicing 15 floors was unacceptable. We regularly waited up to 10 minutes just to get an elevator.
Overall, the room didn’t meet the standard we were expecting, and it was disappointing given the price we paid. The location was the only real highlight of our stay.
