Property it’s fine, there is ac, pool always clean, staff is friendly, belongings were good taken care of, always caffe, close to the beach
It’s usual to run out of energy, breakfast is always the same thing so you might want to go somewhere else for breakfast, dark overnight

Un hotel súper lindo, en una zona tranquila de palomino. Sin ruido, sin tanto movimiento. La cama tenía un mosquitero hermoso que parecía de cuento de princesas, cumpliendo la función de dormir tranquila sin mosquitos. La atención de Marleny y Miguel espectacular.
La piscina es hermosa, invita a darse un chapuzon si o si!. El desayuno estaba deli.
Nada.

Really enjoyed our stay here

Clean room
Mira on desayuno and cleaning service was super lovely, she made us feel very welcome and always smiley. It was nice that they switched up breakfast everyday
We didn’t have hot water for showers, so only had very quick showers
One suggestion is…It would be nice to have some parasols by the loungers in the pool to help beat the heat (but AC in the room also helps to relieve that!)

Very relaxed, the pool also very good and the staff very good. The place is good.
We had a situation where we needed to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2. We contacted the hostel to make this change, and when they sent us the updated price, we were surprised to see that 2 nights were actually more expensive than the original 3-night stay. They explained that we had a “big discount” for the original booking (we are Level 3 on Booking.com, so we usually receive better deals). However, there was no proper explanation for the price increase, and it didn’t make sense to us.
Because of this, we decided to reduce our stay to just 1 night and move elsewhere. The hostel staff told us to make the change directly on Booking.com, which we did. However, they denied the change through the platform, even though they confirmed via chat that they would accept BUT! booking.com, of course was giving us the full new higher price. In total, we contacted them four times to clarify and resolve the issue, but they kept denying the request without offering any explanation.
We also tried reaching the management through the WhatsApp number they provided, but it didn’t work. The staff said they were trying to reach the administrators, but nothing came of it.
Overall, the situation was very unpleasant. No one explained anything properly, communication was poor, and in the end, they just kept refusing our request to stay only one night.
At the end, I told the staff that I was willing to pay the price that Booking.com was showing me for the 1-night stay, and not wait any longer for a response from the administration — as we didn’t want to face any more unpleasant surprises or unexpected extra charges.
It felt like a scam.
