About this house rental
This exceptional residence offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and has amazing views of the water from all bedrooms. You will have the privilege to enjoy a shared private beach and yet if you wish to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Corporation Beach, esteemed as one of Cape Cod’s finest bay beaches, it is less than a half mile stroll along the shoreline. The gourmet kitchen features double ovens, 6 burner stove, center island with a breakfast bar with seating for four. The formal, spacious living room and the dining room have wide wood plank floors, high ceilings with exposed rafters and outstanding views. The décor is exquisite and most tasteful. Additionally, you will find a light and bright sitting room with a large deck, ample outside living furnishings and a gas grill. The main suite with a King sized bed is located on the first floor. The luxurious master bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a separate shower. The second level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom one has two twin beds and Bedroom two has one Queen. Each upstairs bedroom has a wall AC unit and fans in the closets. The lower level family room has a pool table and a large flat screen TV, comfortable wraparound seating (couches) and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement also provides an additional bathroom with shower. The outside shower is accessed from the lower level, located next to the stone patio, which is covered by an arbor covered pergola. At the end of the day enjoy the balcony deck for cocktails and BBQ's, while watching the captivating sunsets. Owner provides pillows and spreads/blankets.

The home has beautiful water views from all
rooms. The deck is gorgeous. Loved the short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood. Would love to return.

Great Location Great House. Could use better mattresses upstairs bedrooms. Wish Trash from previous tenant was picked up before we arrived. We had to call to get it removed. There were ants in the kitchen but we took care of it. Overall experience was great would rent again.
