The house offers a great location, cleanliness, and comprehensive amenities, with excellent property management communication. However, its proximity to a restaurant introduces noise and odors, particularly affecting the master bedroom, which could be a significant drawback for light sleepers or those sensitive to smells. If the noise and odor issues are manageable for you, this could still be a solid choice.
