Not far from the main road. There are little restaurants and stores nearby. You can have something to eat even if you don’t want to cook. The caretakers are friendly, nice, informative and helpful when you approach them. I was by myself, but didn’t feel alone due to their presence and the close proximity of the owner’s place. The relative even own a tuk tuk vehicle that could be asked to hire for a reasonable fare.

Nice and friendly communication, clean room, parking place, 15 min by car from the airport, no noise from the road.
The room appeared to be much dated and worn out. The air conditioner was split as we wanted, but appeared to work only with specific settings (nearly stops cooling if you change temperature or power), so you can't adjust it to your liking. The lighting was quite poor in the room.
There was also one window without curtain, so you have to find a proper spot in the room to change clothes.
