Everything about this place is perfect. Exceptionally clean, beautiful finishing touches. Comfortable, ordered breakfast and it came with a smile to our door and was placed on the table ready to eat. It was perfect. Surroundings are beautiful. The animals on the property is just perfect. Local pub is friendly and we got invited to the quiz night and eon 4 out of 5 raffle prizes!! The goth weekend was amazing!!! This place is soo good we've already booked again for next year. The hostess is lovely sndxwe came away with some of her own chicken and duck eggs. I Highley reccomend this place. Its just perfect. Thankyou for having us and we will see you again next year.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. This place and the hostess were just perfect.

We were welcomed by the lovely Sian on arrival. The location is great, a short drive from Whitby in a small quiet village. The room was amazing and exceeded our expectations. There was fresh milk supplied along with the surprise of jam and cream scones which were delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and smelled great. We ordered Breakfast the day before and it was delivered at the time you request, again the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%

The breakfast was good. Content was well chosen and delivery was good.
Location was good for touring North York coast.
Would have liked a microwave and rather surprised that one wasn't provided.
