Desastre vacacional.

Nada, llegamos a recoger las llaves a la agencia Global vacaciones..y sorpresa !!ya habian alquilado el alojamiento por otro lado , me ofrecen otro alojamiento de peores calidades,( lo único que le quedaba) que booking no les habia informado de la reserva. Pero que el ingreso estuviera ...( duplicado) eso no les llamó la atención. Adia de hoy, tras muchos mensajes y wasaps sigo esperndo respuestas. El alojamiento ademas de menos servicios, viejo, malos colchobes, tenia mi habitación con moho... y nada los mismos mensajes de hemos avisado al equipo y sentimos las molestias, pero 0 soluciones. Dicen que cooresponde a booking acepten me devuelvan mas dinero...y desde booking me dicen que es responsabilidad de global vacaciobes. Si no solucionan el problema( que lo han causado ellas) tendré que recurrir a denunciar. Esto es inaceprable.
