If you are looking for the perfect Comal River vacation rental, you have come to the right place! River Run Rental Management is the only ON-SITE rental manager for River Run Condos. We work hard so you don't have to. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX. ~What To Bring~ Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need. ***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit. Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more. 1 Bedroom- 6 Towels 2 Bedroom- 8 Towels Large 2 & 3 Bedrooms- 10 Towels ~Rules of the Condominium Complex~ Wristbands required on property. No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property. No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies. No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance. QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot. All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required. No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk. Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code. Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area. Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use. No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area. Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance. No Subletting permitted.

With the available fold out beds, my group of six was happy to not have to share a bed. The place is on the small side, but it met all our needs. Most importantly, you can't beat the location on the river front. You are next door to Landa and Texas Tubes, and an easy walk to the downtown restaurants and shops.

We rented this unit to host out of town guests. The brightly colored unit was perfect for a family with small children. The pool was a great refresher for the kids! Check in and communication with the office were excellent.

The mattress in the king-size bedroom was more comfortable than the Tempurpedic I have at home. Quiet time is after 11 and everybody followed the rules. Security was there to make sure no unauthorized visitors came in which was nice.

The perfect location

The perfect location

We loved staying here! It was perfectly located on the Comal River between 2 tube rentals. If you bring your own it is easy to access the river for yourself and it provides about the longest float. We were with in minutes of great places to eat. The Condo was very clean and up to date. It had everything needed to cook meals and a relaxing veiw from the balcony. We will definitely be back.

Nice place. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Beds very comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. Hair in shower and comfortable dirty. House keeping is probably an issue but for the most part we had a great time.
