Situated in Pigeon Forge, this attractive house for $224 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Pigeon River Cottage, 550 Tanasi Trail in Pigeon Forge was completely remodeled in 2020, for your vacation enjoyment. Flexible cancellation policies. It sleeps a Maximum of 8. Any number above 8 guests staying at the cottage will be charged an additional $15 per night per person. Rules. Health or safety concerns: We do not allow pets of any type - including assistance animals. We have shared spaces that any animal may create a safety concern -and advertise our properties free of allergy situations. To prevent health or safety issues, we do not host guests with assistance animal/s. It is a NO Smoking/NO Vaping/ NO Pets NO Service/Therapy Animals cottage. It has new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, linens, TVs, & DVD. The main level has two bedrooms, each with a king bed, TVs, and on suite bathrooms. The front bedroom has a view of the front deck and street. It has a connecting door to the full hall bath, which has a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom has a view of the river, and opens to the rear deck where the hot tub awaits you. The on suite is a full bath with two sinks, toilet, and a walk-in shower. The laundry is in the hall of the main level master bedroom. The upper level has 1 bedroom that includes 1 king bed and TV, PS4 gaming system, an arcade gaming table with 60 games and several board games. The small bunk room is connected to the main bedroom (NO door between the 2 sleeping areas) and has a set of twin bunks, (2 twin beds) but NO TV. The bunks are comfortable for children and young teens. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. *************There are 5 beds total, sleeps 8.**************** The kitchen is well equipped with a Mr. Coffee & Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, griddle, blender, mixer, bagel toaster and new kitchen appliances. The dining table seats 8 and the bar seats 3. Located on a cul de sac, in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood, the cottage is on the the west prong of Little Pigeon River only 2 minutes to the Parkway. To the north of the cottage is a large green space, providing more privacy and distance from the neighboring house. Walk off the 3 car covered carport to the river to tube, wade or fish, or enjoy the hot tub on the deck overlooking the river. Bring your kayaks & float to the Apple Barn. Enjoy nature along the walking trail and watch the geese, mallards, eagles and blue herons that visit daily. A charcoal grill, picnic table, and swings are ready for you to enjoy on the carport. Rockers are on both the front and rear decks. The rear deck also has ceiling fan and a dining table for four. Frisbees, footballs and various board games, PS4 , and a 60 game arcade table, cable tv and 200 MB WiFi are available for your enjoyment. Pigeon River Cottage is convenient to the Apple Barn, and many other restaurants as well as all the local attractions. Dollywood is a 12 to 15 minute drive away. You have easy access to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, Cal Ripken ball fields (5 minute drive) and all the Pigeon Forge convention centers. There are several churches close by, as well as Publix, Kroger, and Wal Mart that are less the 1.5 miles away. The Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away. You are just minutes from almost anything in the Pigeon Forge area. Sevierville and Wears Valley have a great deal to offer as well. We encourage you to visit all the areas around the cottage. Don’t forget to find the Harrisburg Covered Bridge in Sevierville. Enjoy your visit and our second home. This is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING, NO MEDICINAL SMOKING, NO PETS NO Service/therapy animals in the cottage. You must be 21 years old to rent this cottage. Please keep in mind, there is a maximum of 8 Guests at the Cottage. An additional fee of $15 per guest per night will be charged for any guests above the maximum of 8. You are responsible for any damages. Please report damages as soon as possible so appropriate repairs can be made. This is a 2 story cottage that is elevated above the parking area. Outside closed circuit cameras are in place for your safety.

The cabin was very cozy and decorated for Christmas.
Our Family had an enjoyable Christmas Day and we would recommend this cozy spot on the river to friends.
Our hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were taken care of even though there was a little hiccup in the check in process. If you are local and have a big family to cook for I would bring supplies as there was just basic necessities. Overall, a nice place and would recommend!

This house provided everything we could ever want for a family holiday. The christmas decorations were a fun touch but the kids really enjoyed the games. Each room has a private bath. We loved the location, so close to town anf right on a beautiful river. One of the cleanest homes we have stayed in.

Awesome place to stay and very convenient to parkway. Only suggestions I would make would be the addition of bathmats in the bathrooms as the floor is very slippery when stepping out of the bath or shower. Also, the kitchen could use more than one kitchen towel and wash cloth for a week's stay. Finally, the kitchen needs potholders as there were none. None of these are a big deal as I just when to Walmart and purchased but these additions would help keep other guests from having to do that.

This place has a great view of the river. The inside is well equipped. Better than most. Do have to walk up stairs to get in and out of house. The neighborhood is quite with a small walking path.

We enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed. Loved being close to town but felt like we were out far. Very quiet and loved sitting out on the porch hearing the water. The hot tub was nice to come back to after a long day at Dollywood!

This was the prettiest and cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, from the light switches being labeled down to outlets next to every bed. It was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. Very quiet at night and peaceful in general. TVs in every room to accommodate multiple families, every appliance and utensil available for kitchen use, and the best location in the heart of it all without any of the hustle and bustle of the city. The porch overlooking the river was the most serene and the kids had the best time swimming in the river. This is definitely the loveliest home we have stayed in and we have made some of the sweetest family memories here. The owners were extremely responsive with any inquiries we had and we are so happy to have stayed here. Next time we come to Pigeon Forge, this is where we will stay, for sure. Absolutely loved this place!❤️

Great location to Dollywood and area restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family and very clean! Very peaceful at night on the porch . The geese were everywhere but nothing that anyone control over with that.

We stayed in this area before and enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything while still having a quiet area for our family. We enjoy the fishing access and walking trail. However, what sets this chalet apart is the amount of seating in the living area, the 2 swings and picnic table below. Owners were responsive to questions. We plan to return to this unit.

We had a wonderful trip and loved we were so close to the main strip of pigeon forge. Rental was very clean! Pictures doesn’t do it justice! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of space for everyone to sit in the living room. We loved all the wildlife we had outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and had plenty of towels. We will definitely be back to stay.

Did not utilize the kitchen except for making coffee and keeping drinks in the fridge, but looked well stocked. Enjoyed the outside seating, the hot tub and feeding the ducks. Comfy beds and living room seating. Especially liked the large wooden rocking chair. Definitely will stay again next trip to TN if available.
