Nestled in Traverse City, this attractive house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This condo was just completed in 2020! Walk to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. We use an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number which allows for simple check in/check out.

Clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient condo. First visit to TC and can’t imagine a better location to hang out and walk to Front Street and the lake. Short walk back to the condo was needed and appreciated after over-eating routinely at local restaurants. Really enjoyed Poppycocks and arrived on the first night of their fall menu. Just FYI…8th St is under repair so there’s a few detours in the area but it works out nicely since traffic noise is almost non-existent. Easy check-in. Highly recommend

Was looking for a place to walk to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect place for that. Downtown shops and restaurants were walkable and there were restaurants and shops right around the corner. There was a small lake and river nearby. The condo was very nice, very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The owner was nice and very accommodating.

Great Property that was exactly as described in the posting. My wife and I are in our early 70s and enjoyed that we were within walking distances of dining and shopping on Front street. Building was largely empty so very quiet and relaxing. If I were to return to the area would certainly consider staying here again. Limited parking was a concern. Host was quick to get back to us with the couple of questions that we had. Excellent stay.

We spent Friday - Monday at this property. Unit was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and walking distance to all of downtown Traverse City. VBRO description and pictures are accurate. There are several units in this complex that part of VRBO, no issues with noise. Host was prompt to respond to our inquiries.

Beautiful well equipped condo close enough to walk to everything downtown has to offer. Parking is a bit of a hassle as you will most likely need to use the parking garage. The parking garage is right next door and very convenient but did cost about $25 for overnight parking.

The property was as described, extremely clean and a safe walk from many stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There is parking nearby, and even a free EV charger in the parking garage directly next door. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was spotless and in a great location. The building was very quiet, which is very important to us. The pre-check in communication with the Carrie was prompt and thorough, and she was very helpful when our first planned stay was derailed by Covid. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience.

We really enjoyed the condo and location relative to everything in downtown TC and the surrounding area. Very well equipped with everything which would be needed for a stay. Do not overlook the benefit of the provided parking pass for the garage next door. Saves money and efforts finding a spot in the condo's rather small lot.

We had a great experience renting Carries place. It was very new, extremely clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything to make staying there easy and convenient. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Traverse City. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and the Cherry Festival, as well as the harbor fireworks. It’s easy to park and access the unit with parking garage next door and keyless entry. Communication with owners was also easy and they always responded quickly.
