Lovely large room with really high ceiling in a lovely building. Very central to all main landmarks. Our host was helpful and friendly. Excellent complimentary coffees.

Good location if you like to walk around the city. Clean room with hairdryer, kettle and mini bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby there are small restaurants (pizza,pasta,kebab), mini bars, Gelato. Also souvenir shops and Santa chiara's monastery.
Uncomfortable bed (personal opinion)
There is no sign/label outside of the building for the rooms,only when you enter the main building you can see a small sign on the elevator.

The property was clean and well furnished. The host was nice. The location, while in the very heart of the touristy district, it is tucked away in side streets.
Nothing in particular to point out on the negative side.
