The room was so quiet yet so close to the Spaccanapoli. Serena and Ivana were really helpful and responsive to Whatsapp messages, it did feel slightly weird that we never met.

Our 3 day stay in the historic district of Napoli was absolutely fabulous for so many reasons! Our landlady Ivana was exceptionally helpful and very available via WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless, the bed and linens lovely, the balcony over our quiet- at- night street a real plus. The photographs of the accommodation are exactly as presented.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and pleasant room. Ivanna and Serena provided helpful recommendations of nearby things to do - we tried out a couple and they were brilliant!
Very minor but as it was so hot when we were there, air conditioning in the kitchen area (already provided in the bedroom) would have been great.

De locatie is top in het oud stadscentrum, alles dichtbij op wandelafstand. Parking langs het hotel.
Airco!! Zeer fijn met de zomerse temperaturen.
Er is geen onthaal, maar de gastvrouw was zeer goed te bereiken via WhatsApp.
We hadden een kamer geboekt met een aparte badkamer, maar dat bleek in praktijk tegen te vallen. De douche stond in de kamer zelf en de lavabo in de toilet. Dat was echt niet aangenaam en vooral heel klein. Hier was ook geen foto van te vinden op booking dus denk bewust weggelaten.
Het was tijdens ons verblijf 35+ graden buiten, we kregen maar beperkt aantal handdoeken. We hadden er bijgevraagd, maar kregen enkel wegwerphanddoeken.
Douchekop van de regendouche was heel erg vuil.
