Great clean place for vacation with stocked up kitchen

Was contacted by Marco on whatsapp on the day we were to check in, I confirmed him the time we will be able to reach at the location. Was handed over the keys to the beautiful house. The house is a part of the society and is roadside facing. The backyard opens to the central location of the society which also has the open swimming pool. The house was fully furnished and the kitchen contained most of the stuff needed for a week long vacation. Just had to buy grocery and can prepare homemade food. The property was clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. Pool was also accessible and contained clean water. Recommended for a long stay, feels like home.

We had our returning flight in the evening and so requested for a late checkout (2 hrs late) but was denied. The owner came with the cleaning lady at 11am on the dot. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes distance from any restaurants, bars.

It was my first time in Fuerteventura and the apartment was quite convenient

The person met me on my arrival to give the keys and showed me the place. The apartment is comfortable and has all basic utilities. They provided us with a fan, which I asked about before our arrival and I am very grateful they did that. It was quite warm for us and the fan was a life saver for our children.

The place was quite stifling, so I think he could have been there 10 min before our arrival to open the windows and let the apartment being aired a bit. After all, they knew when our flight was due to land and when I left the airport. I definitely would leave as a feedback to the owner to put handrail on the patio's stairs. It's very dangerous as it is, specially if it's wet.

Spent 2 weeks here with free WiFi and access to UK TV channels plus well equipped kitchen

Well equipped property in quiet location but still close to shops, restaurants.

Would have liked a handrail at back patio steps and a smooth surface on patio itself rather than the lava pieces that currently cover it.

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom house with a double room and 2 singles in the second bedroom.Both bedrooms have a balcony one street facing and one pool facing.Bathroom well equipped with full size bath with overhead shower.Plenty of towels provided.As for the ground floor,great sized living room with tv,plenty of seating,a couple of tables,plenty of sockets.Kitchen has large fridge freezer,induction oven,washing machine,kitchen table and chairs,plenty of kitchen accessories.Outside rear terrace area with sunbeds.Just like a home from home. Marco was great meeting us at the property. Thanks for that Marco.

There really was nothing to dislike from our point of view.

Great location

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Quiet of an evening although only a short walk to bars, restaurants and beach.

Confusion over checking in. We were waiting by the main gate instead of waiting outside number 62 so the lady who was waiting for us didn't see us. When I first telephoned to say we were there, there was no answer. The man who phoned me back wasnt very friendly when I tried to explain that we had gone for a coffee around the corner.

Swimming pool was great. Both bedrooms had balconies. Kitchen was well equipped...except for no toaster. Marcos,who met us, was great and very accomodating.....great communication.

Had to push the 2 single beds together to be able to shut the door, so a bit uncomfortable. Only given one set of keys. In general, the apartment needs updating and better furnishings. The kitchen does need a toaster.and an iron would be useful.

A much needed break in a beautiful location

I rented this house for a month, so the fact that the location was excellent with bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance was important. I was on my own for two of the weeks and always felt safe. There was no internet in the house upon our arrival, which we were fully aware of as it clearly stated this in the description, but this was promptly installed so enabled me as a single woman on her own for an amount of time to have access to home etc. The house was fully equipped except for an iron, the description clearly stated there was not one which I did think was a bit odd at time of booking, but it wasn't not a problem for me and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The garden could benefit by possibly having a small table and chairs just so you can sit and eat dinner outside, but to sit in the kitchen and eat, look out at the view, and watch the world go by was not a hardship. Marco was on hand for anything and responded quickly and efficiently.

The pool was a little restricted e.g., my sister and I forgot to shower and were promptly reminded as were others, some families were informed that they could not use inflatables in the pool even though they were the only people in it. Rings on the other hand were ok but then the person implementing the rules was bobbing around in an inflatable ring. Maybe these rules should be shown on the property description to give families with children the heads up. I know when my daughter was small the first thing upon arrival that she wanted to do, was buy an inflatable for the pool. As for me now, at my age (57), inflatables are not my priority lol

There was no outside table and chairs. We asked host for more pillows as we had one small cushion each She said she couldn’t get them. No iron or ironing board we also asked about this to be told in meeting .didn’t find host helpful at all .

Ideally situated very clean if basic would definitely stay again !

The location was excellent the place was impressively clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection of cookware if needed and the T.V had plenty of channels ( so my daughter tells me I didn't use it) The parking (hired a car) was never a problem The shared pool is excellent can even swim lengths in it and was again very clean, having your own sun loungers was a nice touch

I have stayed many times in Fuerventura and I am fully aware of the Calima winds that sometimes blow from Africa over the Island increasing the temperature. This is the only place I have stayed in that did not have any fans (ceiling or portable) and due to the Calima winds blowing, made the first two days very uncomfortable due to the intense heat, after that through everything was very very good!

Basic Amenities No British channels purchased WiFi card but didn’t work at all ,

Location was good !! Beds were comfy , lovely bathroom and not a bad equipped kitchen... Please see notes about COVID in the didn’t like column

Water pressure terrible, if someone was running water downstairs you couldn’t shower upstairs!! Front door key kept sticking couldn’t get in hands full of shopping !! Very clicky and very petty around the pool . The was lady had a massive chip n her shoulder . Very upset as we were self catering the Toastie Machine had never been cleaned after use !! So there for having a pandemic just shows it wasn’t checked either ... which is shocking as COVID 19 is around us still
