This newly restored second-floor 900 sq ft circa 1860s historic building has a private entrance easily accessed from an outside staircase. It comfortably accommodates 4 guests with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. 2 additional guests can utilize a futon in the sunroom. The full bath has a splendid waterfall shower. The great room is tastefully decorated with sitting area, cable TV, Blu-Ray player, DVD’s, free Wi Fi, dining table and a full kitchen should you choose to prepare your own meals. The kitchen is highlighted with stainless steel appliances, including a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This well-appointed kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, glasses, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, a toaster, 10-cup coffee maker, mixer, blender, towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap.
