I had a pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and came with a balcony. The location was excellent with everything I needed nearby.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are a good size, enough to open the suitcase and leave it open. The bed is comfortable and the facilities in the room are great. The pool is a great place to cool down too. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the old town but the location is so quiet and peaceful and bikes are free to rent. There are many great restaurants nearby too.
Not a negative but I saw people talk about lack of hot water. There is hot water but the water needs to run for 1-2 minutes to heat up!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Upon checkout I was shocked at being charged nearly double for my stay. I lost my room key (it was a plastic card type) and the hotel charged me far more than the cost of replacing the card. I would have had no problem paying the cost of replacement, but being charged so much felt like a slap to the face.
