Staff and large room and quieter location.

The rooms are clean.
There is absolutely no privacy. Everyone can look into your room from the pool and the restaurant, so you constantly have to keep the curtains closed and end up sitting in the dark.
The balcony is basically useless because people keep staring at you, and the only view you have is of the building opposite.
I specifically asked for a room with a clear view. They confirmed this, but at the last minute told me I had to change rooms. They tried to sell it as an upgrade because it was bigger — but what am I supposed to do with two beds?
Overall, a very disappointing experience. There are many much better hotels nearby.
