The location was great ,close to beach, tram links and grocery shops and restaurants.
I did not enjotly the engagement with the virtual host. At some point I felt like I was whatsapping a BOT. More effort need to be put into customer services.

Property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Full kitchen, lots of light. Air conditioning was powerful. Kids enjoyed the pool on the roof. Restaurant downstairs was a good meal.
Property is on a busy corner so a little noisy throughout the night. Also, narrative says that property is beachfront. It is most certainly NOT beachfront. It was about a 4 block walk to the beach. One other note….I was contacted by property management company after making and paying for reservation. They advised that a refundable security deposit was required in case of any damage to property. There were multiple issues getting security deposit paid through the link they sent although it was ultimately resolved.

The location was great, and the apartment was spacious.
However, the fridge and washing machine were not functioning. I had to take my clothes wet, as no solution was offered by the rental. Instead, they suggested I use a nearby laundromat at my own expense.
