The view was beautiful here!!!! The house was neat and tidy. A few negatives: 1) the kitchen faucet was not attached at the base… made using it very difficult. 2) All the shower controls were also difficult to use….. there are definite plumbing problems with this house. 3) There were a minimal amount of towels for all to use… definitely could have used more. 4) the hot water at all sinks and showers was very hot!!!! Could have scalded ourselves if we were not careful. 5) stepping out of the showers was very slippery.. needed mats st each shower. Overall it served us well as a family and we enjoyed a great Thanksgiving!!!

The space was perfect for our family gathering - plenty of rooms and things to do at the house, and within walking distance of downtown. The house needed some attention as far as cleanliness and stocked items (towels, etc.), and repairs. We had to call the property owner about missing towels and repairs, and they were responsive and took care of some repairs while we were there. Hopefully they'll do a thorough once-over for maintenance and repairs and deep clean. The house does not have garbage pick-up, so guests are responsible for transporting trash and recycling to the waste center in town, which was something we weren't expecting.

Place had very nice view, close to downtown and great hiking. We saw lots of coyotes and a mama bear and Cubs. The place itself needed some repair. Kitchen sink was needing repair trickled water which they did replace after asking. Showers in two of bathrooms were needing replaced, just general maintenance low cost things needing replaced or fixed. Overall we still had good times.
