Good security with gated car park which needed a code and the same for the front door. Clean room with everything required.
The tap in the bathroom was a bit fierce and didn’t protrude out onto the sink enough.

The location is in the heart of the village, and my room had a lovely view over the river and marina. Comms regarding parking and access were excellent. The bar is open in the evening, with friendly staff. Plenty of dinner options nearby.
I would have eaten in the club if there was food available in the evenings. If you don't know the village you might find the club difficult to locate.

The central location in Hamble is perfect for those exploring the area with plenty of restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. If traveling by car the car park on the premises is handy as parking around Hamble looks tricky.
Unfortunately the wall mounted TV was a 'smart' one and I could not access terrestrial TV because the aerial cable was faulty. (Sean on duty that evening tried hard to get it working but was unable to fix it). When I came to use the shower it was either boiling hot or freezing cold water. The Guest Information book really could do with updating as it basically informed you of the Covid protocols.
