About this house rental
This lovely property is tucked away nicely on a private street, but is still walking distance to Kelly Beach and even closer to the boat landing at Little Beach. The home has been completely repainted and refurnished including all new bed and bath linens. You will love the open floor plan as you enter including a large living area, kitchen and dining area. The dining area features a custom built maple dining table and bench that works perfectly in a room surrounded by cathedral style windows adorned with a few pretty pieces of stained glass. The owners are very family oriented and as such the house is set up for little ones to enjoy as much as their parents. We love animals, but do not allow pets and our property is smoke free. Look forward to you making great vacation memories soon at this most endearing property!

Beautiful house near the beach. Clean, well stocked and located in quiet neighborhood. Our family loved this location and we’re hoping to stay at Kelly and Bob’s place again!

Our second stay here was just as lovely as the first! Kelly and Bob really made us feel welcome with all kinds of personalized touches. The house is beautiful and clean, and the front porch swing and rocking chairs are the best! Our family loves the neighborhood, enjoying the bikes and the close proximity to Kelly Beach.

Kelly and Bob were so gracious, warm and welcoming. Their charming vacation home is exceptionally clean, well-equipped and wonderfully comfortable.
The view from the restful front porch treated us to a show of red and grey squirrels , rabbits, various birds, including hummingbirds, an osprey and an occasional deer.
The weather was great, the Kelly Beach water was warm but most of all, staying at Kelly and Bob’s VRBO made our vacation, PERFECT!
