Robert's house was excellent for our family of four. It was clean and well-maintained, internet and TV worked great, communication could not have been easier. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space because of weather, but it looked very nice. Next time we are in the Bay Area I will be sure to check whether this property is available for a return stay.

The backyard is peaceful. The neighborhood was fine and the unit was as expected. I did find a window that wouldn’t shut and lock easily, but with care (and my fingernails) I could sort it out. We had a nice time here and would stay again. I’m not sure why the price is a bit higher than similar rentals on the street (and the upstairs unit, which has better light/view).

We’re a family of four visiting from Atlanta for two weeks. Wonderful place to stay! Well placed between Berkeley, the City, Napa, and Marin. Emeryville just minutes away. Very comfortable home. Separate dedicated desk area for unavoidable vacation work, so you don’t have to take over the dining area with computers and papers (like I often do). And Rob, the owner, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. We’d definitely book it again.

We were blown away by all of the comfortable details and care to ensure the best possible stay! Robert went out of his way to make us comfortable to include providing a porta crib for our granddaughter. There was fresh coffee ground and ready for us and a lovely bottle of red wine - that took the edge off a very long travel day. All 3 beds, were super comfortable and the linens clean and lovely. Robert was really helpful and responsive to our questions. We really appreciated the paper products and cleaning supplies. The only helpful addition we think that could possibly be added would be a patio umbrella or sunshade for some shade in the lovely backyard. But honestly, this place was an amazing find for Berkeley graduation week for our family !

As I was alone on this trip, I did not get to use the other two bedrooms, but this well-equipped home is ideal for a family. I especially enjoyed the office space which came equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a 24" computer monitor which I used, and a mouse and keyboard which I didn't (I brought my own.) The neighborhood is nice, and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay. The property manager was quick to respond to a couple of minor matters.

Travelling during Christmas time is stressful always. With weather conditions flying is a chore. After 11 hours on a plane; it was wonderful to find a welcome refuge. Home. More precisely Robert's home but our sanctuary now. Exactly as advertised. We found our beds and settled in for a stress free week. Enjoyable. Our Host was always available for any query we had... We do this again, and again.

We loved Robs apartment! We did a lot of cooking - the kitchen was very well equipped - particularly basics, spices etc. Appreciated the bottle of wine 🍷:) Very peaceful stay.

This apartment was quiet and in a nice quiet street. Location was great for my work in Emeryville - I could walk to work. Appreciated the personal touches - wine, candles, artwork, solid maple table. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup. And us! We grilled and hung outside. Coming back in Nov and will try to stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in Paradise Park at Rob's house. Great location with quick access to San Francisco. Very peaceful street with easy parking and of course, a grill (we wanted to BBQ, and loved the backyard!). Apartment is as-described and shown in the pictures. Loved the nice touches of candles and wine! Thank you Rob.

Robs place was really ideal for my family. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood street. The backyard was so nice to relax in the sunshine. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Would certainly recommend it!

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It's in a great location, a great place to stay. Next time we need a place in the San Francsico area this will be the first place we check for availability.

We booked for our work crew to stay. The place is in a great location. They loved being comfortable in a house and not having to stay at a hotel. We booked for a month, they had their cleaner come in 2 times which was really nice as well. We liked it so much that we booked it for another month.
