This rental was well appointed, clean, and I really appreciated having two full bathrooms! A full sized washer/ dryer was a bonus!
The back patio was SO nice and comfortable.
Sideshow Express is a nice walkable restaurant. Food was excellent!

Rob was great to deal with & the home was great.
We did see a rat in the backyard so we didn't head out there. We also had friends tell us the area may not be safe, so we just made sure to take everything out of the car & tried not to leave while it was dark.
The TV remote will not adjust the volume on the TV. We were able to download an app on our phone & use our phone as the remote instead.

Die Lage war wider Erwarten ganz ok trotz teilweiser trostloser und zweifelhafter Umgebung (Obdachlose und viel Müll am Straßenrand)! Vor dem Haus war aber alles sauber. Auto konnte man auch bedenkenlos direkt vor dem Haus parken.
WLAN fiel am letzten Tag aus und es kamen in der letzten unserer drei Nächte im Haus undefinierbare, laute Summ- und Brummgeräusche im 10-Minuten-Takt aus der Wohnung über uns, was die Nachtruhe erheblich beeinträchtigte!
Die Sauberkeit des Kochgeschirrs ließ zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir uns sogar eine neue Pfanne kaufen mussten. Ebenfalls war der Grill draußen sehr schmutzig. Des Weiteren waren die Türknaufe locker bzw. lose und das Bett in einem der drei Schlafzimmer war auch sehr unbequem.
