Situated in Ocean View, this attractive house for $420 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Thank you for visiting our 4BR 4BA row home in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. If you've never been to Bethany Beach, we invite you! If you stay here at Bear Trap we think you'll be back! We started vacationing here about 10 years ago and have tried other spots only to come back here again ultimately buying a place of our own. We hope to make you feel at home. Features: • TV and Wifi in every room, All 5 Tv’s have been upgraded to Roku Smart TV's for Streaming Service • Dog friendly (Pet fee - $125.00/week) • Washer/Dryer • Outdoor gas grill • Kitchen equipped for all your needs with dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, glasses, etc. Also includes 4 slice toaster, coffee pot (not a Keurig), blender. • Updated kitchen with granite countertops and **brand new appliances installed for 2021!! • Lower level includes 2 day beds, 1 queen bed as well as a full bath with stand up shower. There is a foosball table and air hockey table on the lower level as well • Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. Main level also includes full bath with shower/tub combo. • Upstairs has 2 bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and the other with king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. • Property includes 1 car garage with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and playground toys. • There is a newly landscaped small outdoor patio area that is fenced in with table and chairs to enjoy the warm summer nights. • Smart locks on all exterior doors, including one on door to garage that will be conveniently set with personal codes to use for the length of your stay. • Parking- 1 car garage, 1 driveway spot. Parking lot behind unit for additional parking. **New this season - we will be using a reputable linen rental company and providing sheets (7 beds), pillow cases, bath and hand towels (1 per guest). **Beach towels not included** We also provide mattress pads, pillows, and a blanket per bed. If you would like to rent any additional towels, blankets, beach towels, etc, please feel free to reach out to them at the web address below. Linen service provider - www.galeforcerentals.com Dogs - We allow dogs at a fee of $125 per week. Dogs must be house trained. **Sorry no cats due to allergies** Bear Trap Dunes is an amazing community a short drive from Bethany Beach with indoor (1) and outdoor (2) pools, fitness center, tennis, basketball, foosball, 27 hole golf course and driving range, ping pong and playgrounds for the little ones. In order to use the amenities at Bear Trap, a guest pass must be purchased for each person in your party 4 and over. Passes cost $50 for the week per person and it gives access to all amenities Bear Trap has to offer with the exception of golf. ** Amenity pass prices subject to change and are determined by Bear Trap Dunes community and not the owner** Please consider how many people in your party will be using the amenities at the same time when purchasing passes. These weekly passes are optional, however the facilities are excellent and add much enjoyment to your vacation. Passes can be purchased with a check or cash at the Pavilion on the day of your arrival. Please let me know if you have any questions. **No 3rd party bookings**

We had a great week at Bear Trap Dunes in Tricia and Mike’s condo. The location was perfect and very close to everything. We got takeout at the Coastal Kitchen one night and it was super close to pick up the food, not to mention only a 30 min wait for it to be ready. The pool and all amenities are within a 2 minute walk. The condo was extremely clean and had toys, kids books, beach stuff, and bikes. We didn’t use the shuttle so can’t speak to that. The neighborhood is really gorgeous and perfect for long walks or bike rides. We would highly recommend this condo! Thank you Tricia and Mike.

We had a wonderful stay. Townhouse is close to golf course, pool and stop #1 of the transportation service to Bethany beach. Owners were responsive during and after booking. We would recommend to other travelers. Only suggestion would be to bring measuring cups and spoons if planning to bake anything.

The Bear Trap Dune Resort property was the perfect home for our family vacation. We haven’t been all together since before COVID and wanted a place we could relax and bond. All the amenities were great and the house was comfortable and allowed the 10 of us to fit comfortably. We will have such great memories of the vacation we spent in Ocean View/Bethany Beach.

My husband and son loved the golf course. We also ate at the restaurant one night. It was close to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. The unit was large enough for 6 adults and my 11 year old grandson, plus our dogs We found some great places to eat - especially Bonkey's ice cream and DeFebo's right in Bethany Beach. We had a great family vacation!

We loved bear trap dunes! The location and amenities were perfect for our family vacation (grandparents, two small kids, the dog, and us). The house was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing extra towels on top of what the linen service provides.

If you like golfing, this is 100% the place to go. It is literally 10 feet off the course. The home was comfortable for my family and extended family, there was plenty of room for us (7) to eat meals together, and relax watching movies. The community also l has a lot to offer, and the staff was so nice. Would recommend.

Highly recommend!
We had a great stay here! The hosts were kind enough to let us check in early since no one was staying prior to us. The pools were easy walking distance and we drove to the beach with no problems to park. I recommend brining extra bath towels and wash cloths as the linen company only provides a few, but it was no problem for us to wash them. With 4 bathrooms and tons of space this place was a great vacation spot for multiple parties!

How glad I am I chose this home for our spring break getaway! It was perfect for my family. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, the home was spotless, the location was close to everything and everywhere we needed to go.
The beds were comfy, the kitchen nicely equipped, and enough space was available for my granddaughters to catch up with each other while the grownups hung out upstairs.
Many thanks to the homeowners for letting us have a memory making vacation for young and old alike.

Beautiful Condo
I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was meticulous and exactly as pictured. Each room has its own full bathroom except the first floor bedroom bath is outside the room. The basement is like it’s own apartment - sleeps 4 and has a full bathroom. The hosts were so lovely. They responded asap to any inquiries I had. We were in and out quickly for a short visit but I wish we had time to enjoy the amenities provided. grounds are lovely - driving range, pool, golf course, restaurant etc. Do not hesitate to book here!!

Spring getaway
We have been staying in Bear Trap for many years and don't believe there are many places as nice as this one. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Tricia was easy to contact and a great host to her property. We were very happy with her place and are looking forward to booking more vacations there. We stayed for a long weekend and found the unit to be very clean and just the right size for 8 adults and 2 children. It's just a few minutes from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of parking and the patio is private and provides a nice place to sit and visit.

Bethany beach vacation
The property was clean and homey. Plenty of room for our family. We always drive to the Fenwick state park for the beach so location was good. The pools are very close for additional swimming. The additional fee for the pools does add up. Would be nice if you could pay as needed.

Bethany Beach Spring Break
We had such a great stay here! The home was clean and exactly as pictured. The downstairs beach suite - with foosball and air hockey - was perfect for our teenagers. Communication with hosts beforehand was great, and we didn't need to communicate once we arrived, because everything was in order. Already looking ahead to see when we can come down again.
