Really clean and well equiped, good kitchen facilities that we were able to prepare a simple meal with.
The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy and in good repair.
The staff when we went to drop our luggage at the office the next day-we were not treated politely and one man in particular was rude and ignored us completely-behaving as if he was too busy to answer a simple question-it left a very poor impression of the company.
We had a problem with our key during the stay-after some phoning round we were able to speak to someone and within 10 minutes a member of staff was at the property to help-he was v pleasant and friendly-in great contrast to the rude staff at the office.

Lovely apartment convenient for restaurants and shops and close to the lake. Simple check in process.

Close to railway station, easy walk to town & lake.
Main curtains were damaged & impossible to close. Faced onto road & supermarket & where the bed was - no privacy & light all night. We did ask for this to be remedied first day but nothing was done. Made sleep & privacy almost impossible. Every glass panel on outside balcony was damaged & outdoor fold out clothesline provided was broken.
