Very helpful staff. Clean rooms and property. Adequate breakfast. Air conditioning in the room. Good location - near the lake and old town. Small outdoor swimming pool (we didn't use, but it looked nice). Great blackout louvers over the windows kept it dark when you wanted to sleep. Quiet area.
The showers Italy are frequently problematic - some are too narrow or don't have a way to keep the water off of the bathroom floor. Our shower had a curtain that should have kept the water in, but there wasn't a ridge/lip on the floor around the shower area, and the floor was sloped slightly out of the shower area. So the water spread across the entire bathroom floor (to the toilet, under a floor rack, under the sink). I spent a while trying to dry the floor which showed me that the floor was already very clean.

Nice hotel in a great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

Nice location
Poor breakfast with no fruit and coffee from a machine. Also no plugs to charge devices in the room
