Lovely room, shared kitchenette has a fridge to store things, lovely terrace to sit in the evening.
Was hot in August, no AC. The fan helped a bit.

Warm welcome and showing us to our room. Small simple kitchen ( shared) with Nespresso and basic tea coffee provisions. Kettle microwave and charming little terrace to sit on to eat or just relax. Views of the lake (partial) but still very nice.
It is about 10 minutes to walk to the ferry at Carciano or 20mins to the Stresa ferry.
At this price point, there was nothing to fault.

The view was amazing.
Uncomfortable bed, very dirty room and even bed, the sound of church starting from 7am located next to the room.
