The second desk attendant (female who worked a double, I can't remember her name) was incredible welcoming, knowledgeable, calm and efficient. She was incredibly professional and inviting, and made our check in and out experience top notch. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, however could have used new bed sheets, as the ones provided had a small rip in them. The shuttle driver was on time, drove safely, and got us to our destination as promised.
