Location is nice with restaurants and shops walkable. Ice/water machines were nice to have. Friendliness at front desk for check-in could have been better. Really great that we could get our room before actual check-in time.
It met my expectations!

Location, free hot breakfast and price was lower then other hotels in area, hot tub.
Dated, rooms did not have small lighting to guide you to the room at night (without disturbing roommates by lighting entire room), breakfast had limited fruit options and kitchenette was ninmal equipped.

We liked the rooms, they were spacious, well equipped, and the beds were comfy, but pillows were too flat for our preference.
We liked the breakfast, good amount of choices, scrambled eggs were the best I've had, very tasty. It gets pretty busy though. Wish they extended it to 10:00 instead of closing it at 9:30. The pool was great. Front desk staff were accommodating with parking pass, shuttle bookings, extra pillows and towel requests.
We didnt like the commercial sent diffuser in the lobby. The scent was way too strong. It made our throats irritated and scratchy to the point that our voices got raspy and we were coughing. I spoke to the cleaning lady about it, she was dismissive and rude. So I went to a front desk staff member. She told me it was an air purifier which it isnt. She wasnt aware of it having a scent which it did. I asked could it be turned off or down and she apologized and said its controlled by an outside company. I feel this needs to change. People have sensitivities and allergies who they should be able to accommodate. Also maybe the staff needs to be educated on the fact that it isnt an air purifier and its actually a commercial sent diffuser and they should have knowledge of the scents that are included in the aroma being diffused. We found out on the Marriott website that it had ( bright citrus, crisp Fuji apple, grapefruit, jasmine, rose, and cedarwood.) We stayed away from the lobby only passed through quickly to exit or go to the pool. We took our breakfast up to our room to eat due to the strong scent in the lobby.
We didnt like the older lady who cleaned the lobby and breakfast area during the day. She could be very rude and bothered by your existence.
I will say, the rooms could use a "deep clean" bathroom floors need a scrub. Baseboards are pretty dirty and sink tile boarder was visibly not clean around the sink area.
