The location is great for Waterloo Station and the Lower Marsh has great bars and resturants and vibe. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size for a couple with luggage.
Our room was missing a few things like bath mat, hand towels, no hand soap in the dispensers, no dish liquid or tea towels. However, when we asked for these they were provided.

The location was 10/10. Walking distance to so many great bars & restaurants, the london eye, the bridges. We ended up walking to the Buckingham Palace too!
Big bathroom with great shower pressure!
The staff at the front desk were very helpful with any questions & issues we had :)
The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasnt great. Hair & bits in bathroom, soaps were empty when we arrived. Smaller rooms, bed was uncomfortable & too small for 2 people.

This hotel is fine if you want / need something fairly basic. Staff were nice and I chose a room with no window so I guess I did get what I expected (it was downstairs in a basement), but it felt really strange, especially in the morning. That said the room was really clean, bed comfortable and it was fine for the 1 night I needed for work.
No windows - downstairs, no breakfast.
