Paul at the front desk checked us in and he was very kind in getting us in a room after our long journey to London!
We also had an issue where I plugged an iron in to the wrong outlet and it killed the electric in the room. They use WhatsApp as a method of communication. Within minutes of me texting...someone was at our door and reset the power.

Room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
Missing: Despite free washing machines, no drying racks. Nowhere to put luggage in room - need folding luggage holder. Two people cannot eat together in room. One could sit at desk, but other one is stuck on armchair or bed.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the self service washers and dryers the hotel provides. My room was very spacious, quiet, and clean. I would stay again!
