Great location, loved the balcony space, clean & modern room, friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well.
Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room. Tea and coffee was in the corridor along with the ironing board. The noise at night from the street (there’s a busy pub opposite the hotel) was really loud into the early hours.

The Ruby Lucy hotel is decent for the price but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small. There isn't a proper enclosed washroom; the sink is outside the toilet in the room itself. The location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from The London Eye and all the major tourist attractions. There are also great food options nearby. The location is really what you are paying for The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend if you are a tourist and are looking essentially for a place to sleep, but I really would classify this as more of a 3 star hotel.

I enjoyed my staff hugely at the hotel. The staff friendly and made me welcome from the point I arrived. Went out of their way to assist.
Rooms were excellent and a little different to your average hotel in London.
Breakfast was excellent, I’d highly recommend it.
