House was really clean and welcoming. And the owners were very friendly and easy going. David accommodated our large family without hesitation which alleviated any stress.

Great location for discovering Armidale on foot. it felt spacious for an ‘in town’ location due to parking for the car on gated grassy lot at the rear. House was comfortable with right balance of cosiness Vs spaciousness for a family of 4 (2 teenage sons) Facilities were well considered: kitchen incidentals like oil, bin liners and cling film; entertainment social/board games and novels; bathroom toiletries in nice big bottles (not silly little hotel one use bottles that make you feel embarrassed for the environment); bedrooms nicely decorated and electric blankets - bliss in winter

Smallest bedroom needs to be used by heaviest sleeper as it is next to the bathroom and there no insulation in the walls so noise of water flow, vent fan is LOUD. There was only a TV provided without dvd or internet connection. This was a blessing for us as it forced the teenagers to join in card games.

Comfortable, spacious, and located only a few minutes walk from the shops and the Welders Dog (best pub in town)… what more could you want?! The owner/property manager David was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely zero complaints

The only negative was lock box was extremely high on wall, I am short but luckily partner was tall to reach and see code.

The house was lovely, lots of space and very clean. Walking distance to get food. It was nice to have biscuits and milk supplied on arrival and especially good to find maps and information in the house as we arrived on the weekend and couldn't get to the visitor information centre.

Some of the bedroom blinds allowed the light through, waking the occupants up very early.

Centrally located. lovingly restored home, perfect for a family weekend. Quieter than I expected at night considering the proximity to pubs.
