The room and the cleaning service
Riu used to be much better.. it used to be my favorite hotel in Dubai.. Now I am going back to Centara…After checking out at 1pm, I went to have lunch as I used to do when I stay in Riu (lunch finishes at 3 pm), they said
I am not entitled to have lunch!

- drink offers are great
- pools are clean
- rooms are clean
- location is awesome
- evening entertainment is brilliant
- check in is always slow. I’ve stayed there now 15 times and I have to fill the same form in every time about emails, and my phone number. It should be on the system to speed the process up.

Near to airport & variety of food & water splash
Over rated with less activities and shops compared to next door resort & all inclusive has different benefits (alcohol). Also the kids club was closed during my entire stay for the second time of visit to this resort
