Estancia breve , comoda y agradable en una zona silenciosa , con acceso a la vivenda incomodo.

La ubicacion , cerca de todo lo que buscaba Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa Apartamento comodo y en buen estado

No me gusto nada el acceso al apartamento, sorprende la incomodidad y el aspecto del portal y la escalera, no correspondia con lo que esperaba. Escasez de productos como gel o champu, papel higienico, jabon manos y papel de cocina . Ni mantel ni servilletas Patas de las camas rotas y la TV no funcionaba aunque he de aclarar que lo comunicamos y lo solucionaron enseguida.

Apartamento bien ubicado y comunicado.

Limpieza, ubicación, cocina equipada y camas y sofá muy cómodo.

Falta de persianas. El diseño del baño, muy mala olor en el wc e iluminación insuficiente. Canales de televisión incompletos. Red wifi muy inestable.

Nota 7 Pozele apartamentul au fost facute cand era nou.Trebuie reinvestit in el,pentru banii ceruti.

Ca si locatie este foarte bine amplasat,aproape de toate mijloacele de transport ,si aproape de centru

Curatenia a fost cam de nota 7,curatenia este facuta doar la suprafata,canapeaua din living destul de murdara si uzata,(pozele de promovare sunt facute,cred,cand era nou apartamentul. Luminile(spoturile) din tavan unele clipeau,altele nu functionau,altele stau sa cada din tavan. La cabina de dus nu ai nici un suport sau etajiera sa pui sapunul,samponul,prosopul,etc,deasemenea nici lumina nu functiona, cele 2 paturi separate din dormitor au cadrele de lemn rupte la mijlocul saltelei,de aceea saltelele stau cu gaura mare pe mijloc,incomod de dormit. In canapeaua din living se afla o soparla mica cam de 8cm,care cand vii din oras o gasesti alergand prin casa. Prizele de langa chiuveta din bucatarie nu functioneaza. Ca si vesela e ok,doar ca ar mai trebui cateva cani ,sunt doar cesti de cafea si pahare si o singura cana. In a 5 zi de sejur(din 8 ) nu a mai functionat codul de acces pentru a intra in imobil ,sa intamplat intr-o sambata si cam greu de comunicat cu proprietarul. A venit cineva dupa doua ore jumate ,sa ne dea drumul in imobil... am fost nevoiti sa ne plimbam pe strazi ca sa nu inghetam de frig deoarece a fost o perioada destul de rece si vant puternic, in Barcelona(2-9noiembrie). In concluzie,apartamentul ar trebui putin renovat iar firma de curatenie schimbata....recomand proprietarului sa se uite intre sifonier si perete unde e depozitat uscatorul de rufe si o perdea de geam defecta,cand am scos uscatorul de rufe a ramas mizerie multa in acel loc. Sa se uite dupa canapea sa vada mizeria de cateva luni, am tras canapeaua incercand sa prind soparla,nu am reusit, (este ca cea din poza atasata,o gasiti sub canapea) o gasiti tot acolo. Daca as putea sa va atasez un filmulet ,vas arata soparla cum alearga prin casa. Daca apartamentul ar fi renovat cat de cat ar fi meritat si banii ceruti(7 nopti 910euro) cam mult

Excellent Location

The self-check-in experience was exceptional! I highly recommend this facility to anyone on a budget. The location is excellent.

A deposit of 300 EUR is required before check-in. However, the process of obtaining a refund can be time-consuming due to banking processing times, which affects cash liquidity. I hope the owner considers eliminating this deposit requirement.

The location was good and the apartment has enough space for 4 people.

The check in to the apartment was very complicated and the person only coordinated via phone and asked to charge 25 euros if in person help is needed. The apartment is noisy and doesn’t feel secure. You can always hear noises from the corridors whenever people moved or the noised from doors closing. The toilet seat was distorted and the kitchen floor had a metal protruding which can easily injure you severely.

The price-value ratio is adequate, public transport options nearby (METRO, bus). The size of the apartment is suitable for four adults.

The toilet seat is broken, the ventilation fan does not work, there is no other ventilation option. There is no place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. The door opening application rarely worked, but the provided personal PIN code could be used instead of the app.

Not coming back.

The code didn’t work, had to get another.

If you’re phone isn’t charged, you can’t get it. Was locked out all 3 nights we were there because of the code not working. The helpline either said they would fix it & didn’t or didn’t answer. Very angry that we were left outside in the cold & but he dark with no working key & no help.

Pleasant

The location was good, quiet area. Not too near the centre, which was great for us. Lots of cafes around, good value eating places. A decent sized apt.

We thought the check in system, to be honest was awful. Far too complicated. If I had been on my own late at night trying to get in I would have been very stressed. The worst thing was when I left in the morning, my son walked me to the metro, when he got back to the apt, he couldn't get in, the code to open both doors didn't work, I presume the system must have thought we had both checked out. So the code was void. He had to wait an hour for the cleaner to arrive. I would never stay in a place with a locking system like that again. The shower door leaked water out onto the floor.

Expensive for small apartment!

The only thing I like is the comfy bed.

Very expensive for small apartment, Paid for 4 nights and requested for another deposit on check-in which is a bit too much, one air condition which is in living room to cool 2 separated bed rooms, there's so many I don't like there's not enough space to write it down here!
