Riu Turquoise - All Inclusive

The entire complex is absolutely lovely. Even better than in the pictures! The food was amazing, staff is extraordinary and the beach + the setting of the chairs etc is perfect. All in all I think it’s a great resort and I’d book again. The buffet is delicious and creative, everything is fresh. Lots of options for pescetarians and vegetarians. We really enjoyed the pool bar and the cocktails. Again - staff is absolutely amazing! Stunning mountain view from the pool. The entertainment shows were nice as well. Both the Indian and the steak restaurants are amazing! Great food and service.

The rooms/furniture are quite outdated and a bit beaten up. I was disappointed when we first came into the room - since it was put honeymoon, I expected something more… nice. We asked staff to exchange the bedside table and couch table since both were visibly damaged. Outside of the rooms the resort is in really good shape. I just think the room furniture could do with an update. Also: VERY disappointed with the ‘deep tissue massage’! 80€ for 30 minutes is insane and not worth it. The massage was average at most. Kitesurfing: lessons at the beach resort are overpriced. You’re better off getting lessons at the public beach - there are plenty of kitesurfing instructors charging half the price. Coffee is gross.. I appreciated the alternative milk (oatmilk / soy) option though.

Room - double beds were made from 2 twin beds and during the night while sleeping beds were moving, creating gap and making noise Beach - old and dirty sunloungers - beach full of algues, and a poor employee was trying to clean, instead of having a machine to collect them Food - lot of choice, but the quality not so great

The food was exceptional wide range to choose from Dining area clean and restaurant staff friendly and did their job properly Pools big and loved the heated ones for the kids

Kids splash pool had cold water and that is not kids friendly Cldnt get a slot at the steakhouse even though I tried booking 3 days before checking out... Few family rooms so had to be cramped in a standard room with the kids

Hotel is Amazing Design, Good Area , Beautiful Beaches and Hotel grounds and architecture, Great Service, Rooms Nice…

Horrible food, lack of variety, no taste, no spices, some of it was borderline in edible. …
