Nice staff. Liked the sport facilities
We booked for 10 nights all inclusive through booking.com. Flights from the UK were severely disrupted on our due departure date 8 September and delayed by 2 days, due to Emirates business class availability, therefore we lost two nights all inclusive package which the hotel or booking,com will reimburse us for

The staying was really good and pleasant. From the begging of our journey till the end we were able to try a lot of things and were surrounded by the warm-welcoming team.
We would like to admit high service of cleaning, meeting team, and staff at the restaurants who worked really fast and made all our wishes come true! There are some for à la cart restaurants, where we tried tasty food.
The facilities and the place itself are great! We met our best sunset on the island there!

Restaurants especially the Blue Marlin the food was good
When we moved from Victoria Beachcomber to Le Paradis, we wanted to experience a 5 star resort and we paid far more with our room that did not warrant a 5 star. There was no difference between our room at Victoria Beachcomber which was a 4 star superior and La Paradis which is 5 star. Our room was very very far from all amenities, we were even told by one of the receptionist that our room was the lowest rated in the resort. When we booked the resort , we thought all the rooms in the resort were 5 star... only to find that other rooms were far better than others. That was a huge disappointment for us especially when we went there to celebrate 60 years birthday .
