Beautiful setting, amazing landscapes, nice pools, staff were amazing. Drinks were great too.
Gym equipment needs maintenance and better range. Single purpose machines take up too much space.
Elite club restaurant menu and food needs some work.

We really enjoyed the location and the beautiful surroundings. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay — professional, friendly, extremely helpful and always open to assist with anything we needed.
The swimming pool was very large and the water had a lovely, comfortable temperature. We also really enjoyed the food selection at the buffet, which was both varied and of good quality. The sushi evening was excellent, and we would have loved to have had it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated the quality of the bathroom amenities, as well as the fact that an iron and ironing board were provided in the room — a very useful detail that is not always available in hotels.
The main thing we would suggest improving is the bed. Our room had two separate single beds pushed together, and they moved apart very easily with even the slightest movement. As we were travelling as a couple, this was not particularly comfortable and a proper double bed would have made a big difference.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and with such a positive attitude. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out. You could tell they truly cared about making sure their guests had a wonderful experience. The exceptional service from the staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and we felt very well taken care of from beginning to end.
Although the hotel and staff were amazing, I was disappointed with the lack of entertainment at the adults-only resort. Most parties and activities were held at the sister RIU resort, which allows children. When guests specifically pay for an 18+ experience, they shouldn’t have to go to a family resort to enjoy entertainment. I think RIU should consider having a dedicated program or entertainment manager who can organize parties, activities, and events specifically for adults at the adults-only property. This would make the experience feel more complete and ensure guests are truly getting the adults-only vacation they paid for.
