About this house rental
This OCEANFRONT property is located in the town of North Topsail Beach, NC. Recently remodeled with new beachfront decks and pergola, this modern and airy property has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own full bath! This home sleeps 11 guests and offers 7 beds. The property offers many amenities including: WiFi, big screen TV in common area, outdoor showers, 2 levels of decks with outdoor seating, 2 covered car ports, and keypad lock front door.
Located on the entry level floor are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. Two of the four bedrooms have ocean views and access to the second level deck.
Located on the upper level is the master bedroom, complete with a large king bed, ocean views and access to the first level deck. The Master Suite also includes a double vanity, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. Also located on the upper level is a spacious common area, powder room, dining area and full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The upper level provides access to first level deck for ocean views, as well as access to the front of the property, giving guests the option to enjoy views of sunsets and the bay. Linens and towels are not provided, but if you would rather not bring them from home there are rental options available on the island. Beach towels, and kitchen hand towels are provided. Six beach chairs along with kids beach toys are provided for your use during your stay.

The owner was so accommodating & communication was terrific! The home was clean, spacious, updated & bed sizes were perfect for my family of 6. Owner provided all the beach gear we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc. There were board game & books in the home, a gas grill, everything we needed to cook & a book with places to go if we wanted to go out. The oceanfront view was seen from 3 bedrooms & the front side of the home had a view of the channel. Our kids enjoyed fishing in both the ocean & the channel. We had an exceptional week & I highly recommend this home. Thank you!

We had the best vacation staying here! Michele was wonderful working with us and promptly responding to any questions/concerns we had. The house was even more beautiful in person And the layout was perfect for our family. We really loved our location with being right on the beach and our area was not crowded. It was very convenient with having to the little ones. The house came with a stocked kitchen and toilet paper/paper towels in the home.. It appeared clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again and hope to again next year!!
