Very welcoming! Perfect location close to the beach and the roof terrace facing the rice fields and sunset. Good amenities to use for everyone, e.g. it was great to be able to borrow an umbrella for the beach. Would come back when coming back to this area!
Quite noisy in the room on the ground floor, as it is directly next to the shared common area and to the street level.

It was clean, nicely done and had a spacious bathroom. The kitchen and dining area seemed nice as well but we didnt use it ourselves.
It was not soundproof.

Walking distance from the beach, street parking was available. Wheelchair accessible room with access to kitchen and dining area step free too.
For a ground floor room it needs some sound proofing and draft proofing from the smells and sounds from the kitchen. And possibly a standing lamp near the bathroom door to softly illuminate the room after sunset.

This location is perfect because it offers all the amenities and has an exceptional staff that makes you feel as cared for as by a parent or your best friend. I slept great, enjoyed the kitchen and the terrace, the perfect setting, and the close proximity to Valencia and other beautiful places in the area. Congratulations to the owners and staff, and many thanks!
