With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday - Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Amazing location, amazing house and amazing vibe. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and loved the rooms and decor. Very comfortable. Lots of cool places within walking distance. 10/10

Boho Rosa was the perfect house for my sister's bachelorette! The vintage, girly aesthetic and the abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms made our trip so lovely and convenient. The fact we could walk to coffee, eateries and the main hub of King Street made it extra special. The soak-in jacuzzi pool was a very nice surprise too, since it was installed after I booked. Boho Rosa is an amazing house for any type of getaway or celebration, I highly recommend it!

The house location was amazing! Walking distance from everything especially King St. There is a coffee shop next door that has free coffee on Friday mornings at 10 with very nice regulars and staff. Perfect for our needs as we had 3 different families in the house. The kitchen could use a few more towels and containers to save cooked food in. The drive way is super tight for parking our minivan we had to push the mirrors in. My Dad’s Wagoneer would not fit but the host was amazing and got us arranged with other parking options immediately when texted. Very helpful and easy communication with host. Will definitely recommend and stay again when we come back. The small pool in the back yard was a great way to end the day after walking every day.
