Nestled in Misquamicut, this lovely house for $900 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Access all the beaches of Watch Hill while enjoying this property in the privacy of the historic "Watch Hill Woods" on 1.5 acres. Beautiful open lawn, mature trees and scenic backyard view with boulders and wildlife. Outdoor shower, small frog pond, Cedarworks play set and two-level deck. Upper deck with dining table and chairs, a new retractable awning and a small roofed living room space. Larger lower deck offers Adirondack bench and chairs, gas grill, cast iron fire pit and covered additional dining table and chairs. Home was recently remodeled, including renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new carpets and floors. Home features cathedral ceilings, open living dining space, two working wood fireplaces, new Smart TVs, central A/C and Sonos sound system. Upper level is a full floor master suite with high ceilings, living room area/office space and large master bath. Main level encompasses kitchen, den, open dining and living space with cathedral ceilings and windows, two bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. Lower level has two bedrooms, full bath and an additional living room with TV and wet bar. Whole house was refurnished with a coastal chic vibe. Two car garage, plus additional bonus "game garage" with ping pong table, hockey nets/sticks, Foosball table, and game table with four chairs. Two minutes drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avondale Marinas for Ocean boating, 5 minutes drive to Watch Hill village shops restaurants, Napatree Point Beach access, East Beach and Ocean House and 10 minutes drive to Weekapaug Inn. Watch Hill parking passes included in rental.

The house is gorgeous and really clean. Easy drive to Mystic for the aquarium and Seaport Museum. We had a group of 6 adults 6 small kids and the house was perfect for all of us. Kitchen had all the supplies needed to prepare meals. Kat was quick in responding. Thank you!

Fabulous stay at The Boulders. Home was equipped with everything one could want. We were there over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had it all.. even the string we needed for our turkey! The back deck/ yard is fabulous on a nice day. The layout of the home is perfect for two families. The great room is an amazing space for family to convene for cocktails, conversation and games. Kat was easy and great to work with. Five stars all around

Just terrific. House was gorgeous with tasteful furniture and furnishings. Everything we needed was provided- from towels and linens to kitchen appliances to dishes to condiments and kitchen staples and even toilet paper! The grounds were an autumnal delight,and there was plenty of outdoor sitting areas etc. The town of Watch Hill is beautiful with lots of places to walk and beaches/harbors/lighthouse and views across to Block Island.

This was our second time renting Kat’s beautiful property and we will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped and laid out for a large group. We had 8 adults, 4 toddlers and a baby and everyone fit comfortably. The large backyard and play set are a fantastic asset and the location is great (you can do a long-ish walk to the beach or Watch Hill). Highly recommend!

We loved our weekend stay at this property and wished it was longer. We came with our extended family which ranged in ages from 2 to 70 - the house had plenty of room for our whole group, was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Private yard. Spacious rooms and responsive, helpful and accommodating owners. High quality bedding & towels. Very clean. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is even more beautiful and comfortable than described. Our multigenerational family came for a weekend and everything was perfect. The house is very clean, light and spacious, with the sleeping areas separate, giving everyone their own space. It is located minutes from the ocean, and close to everything. We fully enjoyed our stay!

A perfect stay - Highly recommend!

We rented for a quiet quarantine NYE with a few of our friends including two 18month yr olds and this house was all we needed and more. It was perfectly clean, modern and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The Sonos system, outdoor fireplace, game room and huge backyard were all added bonuses. I assume its even more enjoyable in the summer and we hope we can take advantage of that some day. Communication with Kat before and during our stay was stellar as well!

The property housed my family and friends from out of town, who were joining us for our micro wedding. The house is absolutely stunning, gave us the perfect spot for getting into the wedding spirit. The security alarm went off on the last day, and I hated that I had to bother Kat but she was so gracious enough to answer her phone and even accommodate a later check out. I would highly recommend them!

Our three generation, extended family had a wonderful stay at the Boulders. The house is well stocked with everything a family would need. Ours 2 and 6 year old daughters especially loved the well stocked kids library, swing set, game room and available toys. Beds were comfortable and with bedrooms across the 3 floors everyone was able to have their own space. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating meals at the large dining table in the great room with a roaring fire. Downtown Watch Hill is only 5 minutes away and we could hear the waves crashing from the house. The yard is quite large and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio/firepit area. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to come back in the future and recommend the Boulders without reservations!

This was is amazing. Exactly like the pictures. If it’s in you budget, you should stay here. It’s perfect for a big group. I think it could sleep comfortable up to 14 people. It was very clean and the decoration is beautiful. Very good taste from the owners. It’s also a great place if you have kids. There is a lot of space outdoors in the property. There’s also a grill. We did not use it and it is not listed on the description. We really enjoyed our time here and will def come back
