Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $127 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is another beautiful addition to Island Rum Suites in Largo just off the Indian Rocks Beach Bridge on the mainland. So you know when you stay with us, if you haven't heard by now of Island Rum Cakes, you will when you arrive because you will have one waiting for you along with a gift certificate from our favorite PJs Oyster Bar! Jeff and I are currently hosting 7 other vacation rentals all with awesome reviews, so you will not be disappointed if you stay here. The In-between is on a quiet street away from the beach noise and loud vacation rentals. It is newly remodeled with tile floor, complete kitchen, all new appliances, laundry room and bath. The house is not shared with other guests. There is free WiFi...BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, etc. Large fenced in back yard with nice shade tree and a charcoal grill. The neighborhood is a quiet residential one, with most people living here for years. Not like the loud crazy beach rentals. Located in a perfect neighborhood close to the beach, many restaurants, pubs, shopping, nature parks and trails all so close by. We live close by if there is anything guests need before or during your stay do not hesitate to call or text Lynne and we will take care of it right away. We have been know as clean freaks because we wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between each guest! Most vacation homes do not!

I had such a wonderful time here, I wanted to stay longer! This home is very spacious, nicely decorated in beach theme, spotless and in the best location - very close to the beach. There are extras like coffee, creamer, beach chairs, beach towels and much more. It seemed like the fridge was new too. The host really makes you feel welcome, communication is great and check-in/out a breeze. I would love to stay again.

This was our second stay at one of Lynne James's VRBOs, but our first time at the In-between. Once again, we were impressed with the house and its proximity to good restaurants and the beach, a lovely 10 minute walk. Lynne provides everything needed for a home away from home. We are already planning our return next fall.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was extremely clean and very close to Indian Rocks beach. Lynne was very kind and helpful with any questions. I appreciated the local list of restaurants and house information inside the home once we checked in. This place definitely felt like home for our stay! If we come back, we'd love to stay here again! :)

This home was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Easy to find, close driveway parking, comfortable beds. No complaints. Host communication was 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well stocked, updated for the area/age of home and comfortable to stay in. Our hosts, Lynne and Jeff, were very responsive. It was also immaculately clean which we really appreciated. I prefer cotton blend sheets versus microfiber (but they were a cute pattern!) and a slightly firmer bed but those were very minor things that has more to do with my picky personal preferences and age. Lol! I also noted as we were leaving and they were going in to clean that they were replacing *ALL* of the bedding with clean sheets/quilts/shams, not just the sheets. You rarely see that in a vacation rental. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much, Lynne and Jeff!

We loved this house! It was immaculate, perfect size and the landscaping was beautiful. The decorations were just so pretty and and added to the atmosphere of being home. Lots of space and everything you could need. Loved it!

Great place to stay. Very clean and up to date on the inside. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner checked in own us via text when we arrived. Only surprises were good ones. (We didn’t know beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler came with the rental.). About a 20 min walk to Indian Beach, a restaurant and ice cream shop.
