What we loved most about this property was the peaceful location. It is set in a quiet area with lovely views of the surrounding traditional houses, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We stayed in the penthouse suite with the private pool, so I can only comment on that room, but it was exceptionally comfortable. Having our own outdoor pool was a real highlight, especially during the summer. It offers plenty of privacy and is perfect whether you’re travelling as a couple or with your family.
One of my favourite features was the outdoor swing. It was such a charming addition and incredibly relaxing—perfect for reading, enjoying the sunshine, or simply unwinding while gently swinging back and forth.
The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely well looked after.
Finally, the boutique hotel itself has a beautiful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and inviting. It is clear that every decorative detail and design choice has been carefully considered. The owner has created a property with real character and charm, making the overall experience feel special rather than just another hotel stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, so these are only minor points that could make the experience even better.
The room was generally clean, and I would rate the cleanliness around 8/10. There were a few areas that could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The private pool also had a number of dead insects when we first arrived. However, the terrace is surrounded by beautiful plants, so I completely understand that this is more difficult to manage, especially during the summer. By the second evening, the pool was noticeably cleaner. We also chose not to request housekeeping during our two-night stay, as we had everything we needed.
I really appreciated the toiletries provided. The hotel uses L’Occitane products, which are excellent quality. The slippers, bathrobes and towels were all clean, soft and plentiful, adding a lovely luxury touch.
One feature I feel is missing, especially considering the room category and price, is a microwave. Having a small kitchenette is very useful, but being able to reheat takeaway or leftovers would make it much more practical.
A couple of maintenance issues also stood out. One of the bedroom air-conditioning units worked well on the first day but began leaking water and blowing small pieces of ice on the second day. Thankfully, the air-conditioning unit near the kitchenette worked perfectly and kept the suite cool. A few of the bedside lamps were also not functioning. These are small details, but I believe they should be checked before guests arrive.
The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and the pastries were delicious. However, I personally didn’t feel it offered good value for the price. There were very few savoury options, with only a hard-boiled egg and a limited selection of other items. If you enjoy a more substantial or savoury breakfast, you may find the choice quite limited.

Where to start. BEST ACCOMODATION EVER!!! And were at the end of a 7 week European holiday, we've stayed at excellent accommodation, castles, palaces, trulli, main street 8th generation homes in Positano ++++. We're not wealthy, but appreciate quality, cleanliness, professionalism and something a little different. Lulu, has it all, gorgeously appointed, attention to detail, 'cando' attitude, customer focused, the lot! Everything here is generous!
