The staff at all levels always acknowledged you and said hello. Henri is the star of the show, he greeted us by name on every encounter, a man of old fashioned manners & charm! The hotel has a great Indian restaurant and the Mokka bar is great for drinks and good food. Excellent selection of breakfast each morning.
Great pools, including an adult only one and plenty of sunbeds with sea views.
Signing up for Radisson Blu rewards wasn’t worth while as the only place we could use it was the Mokka bar, everywhere else said it wasn’t valid.

Great though easy to get lost between the buildings: super food esp breakfast buffet and Essence of an India and MedAsia restaurants: didn’t get to try the Italian. Great access to fab beach and warm sea in Sept, nice pools, lots of space.

We felt like we owned an apartment within a hotel, which was just perfect for a family with young kids. We had all amenities needed to cook, two big rooms, big terrace. Staff was always friendly, but not pushy, sometimes in family resorts, it can feel exhausting to constantly engage in small talks with personnel, while your kids are talking in your ear, this was not the case here. Breakfast had enough variety, and pool wasn’t super crowded, perhaps because it was September, but we always managed to find sunbeds in shade.
Kids club could be a bit more equipped with more toys and fun stuff to do. On the other side, pizza workshop was a blast.

The pool area is excellent and the views are great.
The staff are not that friendly. In comparison to Radisson St Julian’s, the staff at Radisson Golden Sands don’t really seem like they want to be there. The reception team are not that proactive or welcoming.
