We had a great stay here, newly opened but all the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome
Its a really nice and modern hotel and I would recommend to anyone
As they were newly opened there were just a few things that could have been improved
More sunbeds or seating by the pool, every time we went up there, all of the beds were full so we couldn’t lay down and enjoy the sunshine
A few extra hooks to hang towels and swimwear in the bathrooms would be handy, plus a shelf to keep body wash and shampoo in the shower
An extra staff member helping on breakfast service would be useful, as dirty plates were not cleared away from our tables and we had to ask for cutlery etc

Didn’t have breakfast
Didn’t like the evening meal in the restaurant had cleaners cleaning round the table while we were sitting there and the waiter didn’t seem to understand the menu

St Anne Palace is a calm, clean and comfortable oasis conveniently positioned for exploring the vibrant streets and sights of Valletta and for catching buses further afield. At breakfast we were catered for with a wide and varied spread to suit all tastes. Although it was clear that they are still finding their way to the most efficient system it was available promptly on our last morning when we needed an early checkout. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and keen to know if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. Without a doubt the atmosphere generated by this team is a key part of the strength of this hotel.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Jacuzzi die niet alleen bij ons extreem veel herrie maakte. Vel knipperend groen licht op de kamer. Vermoed brandbeveiliging. Beperkt ontbijt. Niet nakomen van afspraken. Geen stroom in badkamer. Onmogelijke locatie spiegel in een hoek van kamer. Naar verhouding kleine kamer. Balkon zonder zitje. Beperkte ruimte om handdoeken en badjassen op/uit te hangen.
