Trash should be in bear box with lid on, or in the garage if no room in bear box. * Surveillance: driveway, and door have surveillance systems. Sledding is not permitted on the property, and please do not trespass on neighboring properties. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. * Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected * Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. * Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. * Staff Policy: Staff are instructed not to work if exhibiting symptoms. * Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
