Perfect location for a visit to Boston! The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated - perfect for my husband and three teenagers so they were not on top of each other. Full kitchen, washing machine/dryer that helped us a great deal. The apartment had everything we needed! It snowed during our trip and our host made sure we could safely exit the driveway - great communication from him - very nice and friendly and didn't mind my frequent questions. I look forward to staying here for our next East Coast visit!

The beds were so comforable and the kitchen was set up with so many helpful appliances, dishware and flatware. We made extensive use of the livingroom TV. The location was spectacular for the local restaurants and proximity to attractions.

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed It was the 2nd floor of a 3 story house and the floor above was very noisy all night on one of our nights there. The heat was provided by radiators andee had some trouble getting it to come on 2 of the nights. It was nice to have off street parking in the driveway and the neighborhood seemed safe and nice. Would stay again.

The location and accommodations were perfect for our friend group. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here when we come back to Boston

The place was clean and well appointed. Good air conditioning. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Only issue is that I didn’t see in the listing that this is a second floor. Lastly, while we easily walked to the T, we didn’t feel fully comfortable walking back at night and used Lyft.

My families vacation to Boston was amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. The apartment was spacious, clean and travel to the city was simple. Henryk was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

We loved the location...there was a bus at the end of the street that took us to the subway station but the station was also within walking distance to the station. There were a couple of small markets nearby and a Target within walking distance as well.

I have never needed an air conditioner where I live and when I couldn't get the ac to work, I contacted the property manager. He responded quickly via email and was at the front door shortly after that to show me how to use it. We were all very appreciative!
Only one bathroom, but I knew that going in.
I would definitely use this place again if I ever return to Boston.

Having the parking was perfect for the couple of days we had a rental car, because street parking would have been tricky. It was an adjustment to have 7 people use one bathroom, but we managed well enough, and it was nice to have multiple bedrooms so that we all felt like we had some personal space. Henryk was great to drop off a few supplies that were running low and always responded to my messages. Overall, it was a great home-base for us while visiting.

Traveled with my extended family to see my oldest son graduate from UMASS Boston. Wonderful second-floor apartment in a quaint row house. Quiet neighborhood with walkable access to groceries and restaurants. Glad to have a private driveway for our car on a tight street. Very receptive and pleasant host. Wonderful stay for four of us, and we will definitely be back again soon!

My daughter lives in dorchester and this location was walkable to her so it was perfect. We really loved having the driveway as parking in Boston can be challenging. We would stay here again!!

There was plenty of room for six of us and we had everything we needed for the short stay. Having off street parking was a huge bonus given how busy the street is. The only thing that would have been better is an extra bathroom. I would also have liked the front door to the building to be lockable but it was kept open due to there being other units.

The property was spotless and well equipped. Great location! Quiet. We had an issue with wifi and the owner responded rapidly and the problem was resolved very quickly. We would definitely go back to further explore Boston!

Great place for myself and three buddies. Ice maker could work faster but ice is fairly cheap so no big deal. TV was difficult for this techno challenged group of 60 year olds, but we managed to get the NFL games we desired. A/C was a whole different story. Even with the property managers guidance we couldn’t get it to adjust. Little issues that affected our trip barely at all. Thanks!

I stayed here with 3 other friends during a trip to Boston and it was a great little place to stay. There was a brewery close by which we loved and it was close to public transit to get around Boston and get downtown. The place was well maintained and clean and the host was great at getting back to us if we had questions. We didn’t really need any of the kitchen amenities as we were only staying for a short trip but it was nice the option was there. Only suggestion I have is to put some socks or felt pads on the bottoms of the chairs for the kitchen table as they made quite a lot of noise when we tried to pull them out from the table, disturbing the tenants below us. Sorry about that! Would definitely stay here again!

Lägenheten var ljus och hemtrevlig. Vintage. Rent och snyggt. Nära till shoppingcentret South Bay med många affärer och några restauranger. Mikrobryggeri finns också inom promenadavstånd. Lugnt område och man störs ej av grannar. Smidigt att veta att man har en egen parkering på gården även om den var lite smal för en stor van.

Wonderful property convenient to everything
The rental was spacious, well appointed and clean. The house is surrounded by fruit trees and vines and it was lovely to look out the windows at the growing grape clusters and ripening mulberrys of late spring/early summer.
The neighborhood is convenient and well located. It is close to some of the rougher neighborhoods of Boston and you often drive through those to get to different parts of the city. But the neighborhood the place is in is lovely and we always felt safe and comfortable during the day and at night.

My three children and I (ages 16,13,8) were very impressed with this second floor apartment! The apartment is much larger than it looks in pictures and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It is located on a beautiful street within walking distance to the red line, a short drive to Carson beach. The owner is very quick to responds to questions and was quick to fix the hot water tank. We were also allowed to check in a few hours early and he told us that we could take our time checking out! Very friendly and thoughtful. From time to time there would be a car in the drive way and we had to park on the street (which is harder than you might think) and the downstairs neighbor complained that we were smoking (which we were not) and also just seems slightly invasive when crossing paths. However aside from her the stay was PERFECT! Better than I expected and I couldn’t ask for more!!! Great place to stay!!

Convenient quiet house
This house worked really well for our family of five. There were four bedrooms, although it is important to note that one of the bedrooms is little more than a closet off the master bedroom, so is only accessed through that bedroom. There is only one bathroom, but it was adequate for our needs and nicely appointed. Nice shower head.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the early Friday morning trash pickup), and looked walkable to several eateries, though we didn’t do that. The kitchen was large enough to cook and eat in and had a decent amount of cooking supplies.
Checkin and out were very easy and contact-free. Although there are apartments above and below this one, noise was not an issue,
The host, Henryk was responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
