Breakfast was ok but I only had eggs & toast so difficult to judge on just that.
I liked the location, loved the fish in the lake and the two doggies on site were very cute.
The staff were lovely, very helpful and informative.
The rooms need a bit of an update and the supplying of towels at the pools would have been nice

Location, facilities, staff, nature. Hot Spring & pool
Food was ok, … didn’t live up to the resort tbh. Large very bright area to eat in, no atmosphere, buffet or à la carte offered. Drive slowly & use your horn around the sharp bends for the last 15 minutes leading up to the resort. Lots of motorbike riders, lots of pot holes.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. Ms Nurin welcomed us warmly with her pleasant personality, while Mr Chung was very friendly and shared valuable, interesting insights about the resort. The resort itself is well maintained and tranquil, surrounded by nature…perfect for unplugging, staying present, and grounding yourself. Watching the Rajah Brooke butterflies flutter by and taking a dip in the hot spring pool was pure bliss. A deeply relaxing stay! We loved every bit of it and would happily return!

The environment actually not too bad.
The food quality in the restaurant can be much improve. With the price you are paying, u will expect better quality and taste. The breakfast is a total dissapointment with limited choice and noodle and rice are tastless, while the fruits left uncover with flies and fleas all over the place.
The room has no basic facility such as toothbrush., for the rate you are paying you will feel short change.
