I liked that staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was super clean! And well stocked on towels and toiletries.
It was a little loud. We could hear people talking when walking by.

The hotel was super upbeat and staff members were really helpful and friendly! I was 2 hours early for check-in and just asked if I could work in the lobby, but they went ahead and offered me a room instead. When I headed out to get some food, the manager remembered my name and asked if I was settled in or needed anything. Very thoughtful!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff was nice and helpful.
I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (we were expected to arrive late at night). It turned out that although the hotel is "just across the street" from the airport building, getting there on foot with luggage was virtually impossible due to poor urban design (22-minute walk per Google Maps). The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it stops at midnight. My bags arrived at the baggage claim at 12:01 am, so I had to take a cab for roughly 90 seconds (and $20) to the hotel.
The room was clean, but also poorly designed. There were blackout shades (great), but the (blue!) light from the fridge/minibar was so bright that the blackout shades were pointless. Moreover, the bathroom is not in its own room--the shower and sink are just behind a short wall (not separated from the bedroom), so unless you're traveling solo, there's no privacy, and you'll wake up your family/roommate even when brushing teeth. Finally, the sliding door for the half-bathroom (toilet) was incredibly loud and squeaky, again, making a stay in the room with other people not exactly enjoyable for anyone.
